On 3 July 2019, students of the CIFE Adriatic Sea Summer Academy on Maritime and Land Migrations towards Europe visited EMUNI to discover its activities and get an additional insight into the situation of migrants and migration in Slovenia and the region.
Following a presentation of EMUNI and its role in the wider Euro-Mediterranean by EMUNI Communications Manager, Ms. Špela Majcen Marušič, a detailed overview of the migration situation in Slovenia, including a glance into refugee law of the country was delivered by Ms. Adriana Aralica, Policy nad Information officer of SLOGA Platform. Students concluded their day at the Slovenian Coast by visiting the Sečovlje Saltworks.
