Programme overview
This programme is designed for leaders who can harness the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across all areas of business. It blends technical understanding with business insight, leadership development, ethical reflection, and hands-on experience. The curriculum is structured around three key pillars: AI Foundations & Strategy, AI for Responsible Leadership, and AI for Advanced Business Processes.
The programme prepares students for general management, leadership and operational management roles in the era of AI, but also specific positions where AI is a necessary business tool.
The programme is suitable for team-leaders or higher rank in business, with 5+ years of experiences, interested in digital transformation and AI for Business and graduates of bachelor programmes from business or other areas related to IT, AI, leadership or business.

Programme specifics
The programme includes online interviews with companies and industry or functional experts who will provide case studies. More than 80% of classes are based on real business cases. Students step into the role of decision-makers, analyze situations with incomplete information, and debate possible solutions in class, developing critical thinking, decision-making under uncertainty, and leadership presence.
A bootcamp of one week in Piran, Slovenia at the end of the programme bring students together for preparing the capstone project and to have a first-hand experience with local businesses and leaders.
Admission requirements
Applicants must have:
- Basic understanding of business, preferable a bachelor’s degree in, IT, AI, leadership or business or similar.
- Relevant work experience of at least 5 years in the above fields is preferred.
