At the initiative of the Science and Research Centre Koper (ZRS Koper), Prof. Dr. Rado Bohinc, President of EMUNI, and Prof. Dr. Roberto Biloslavo, Vice President of EMUNI, recently met with representatives of the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sport (ASAPES). The ASAPES delegation included Prof. Dr. Ulkar Babayeva, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, International Relations, and Quality Policy, and Prof. Dr. Anar Valiyev, Associate Professor of Public Affairs at the School of Public and International Affairs. They were accompanied by Prof. Dr. Rado Pišot, Director of ZRS Koper, and Prof. Dr. Edvard Kolar.
The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration in the further development of master’s and doctoral programs in Kinesiology, as well as a master’s program in Sports Management. Additionally, discussions covered potential student and faculty exchanges and the creation of joint summer schools.
ASAPES also expressed a strong interest in joining the EMUNI network.
