On July 19, 2024, The Euromed University of Fes, represented by President M. Bousmina, and EMUNI University, represented by President R. Bohinc, formalized a strategic alliance in Fes. The signing ceremony, attended by the Board of Trustees and the General Assembly of the Euromed University, underscores both institutions’ commitment to advancing collaboration in higher education and research. This partnership will facilitate the development of new double and joint degree programs, student exchanges, and collaborative research initiatives. Furthermore, it highlights the dedication to promoting intercultural dialogue within the Euro-Mediterranean academic community.
From July 17 to July 19, President R. Bohinc conducted visits to four prominent Moroccan universities: Hassan 1er University, Ibn Tofail University, Al Akhawayn University, and Euromed University of Fes. During his stay, he engaged in productive discussions with university representatives, focusing on enhancing higher education, research initiatives, student and faculty mobility, and Mediterranean cooperation. The presidents of these institutions concurred on the pivotal role of EMUNI University as a gateway for the internationalization of Moroccan universities.
