REGISTER FOR PUBLIC LECTURE THIS JULY

As part of the process for the appointment to the title of Assistant Professor, Dr. Milan Hosta will deliver his lecture entitled Resilience And Flow Personality Traits For Corporate Environment on Friday, 2 July 2021 at 13:00 CET.

In a world of uncertainty, employers want to understand the mindset of the employees they engage. Resilient employees are indispensable for a successful and agile organisation or community. In this lecture we will ethically explore this aspect and discuss the core pillars of a successful stress-management process.

Dr. Milan Hosta holds a P.E. & Sports Science degree and a PhD in Philosophy. He worked at the Faculty of Sport, University of Ljubljana and is a member of the Center for Excellence in Bio-Ethical Research in Sport at the Croatian Bio-Ethical Association, University of Zagreb. He was also engaged with the International Olympic Academy, and a member of the working group on Quality Assurance and Access to Training and Support with UNICEF, as well as part of the International Safeguarding Children in Sport Initiative.

Dr. Hosta is currently the Chair of the Sport and Health Group at the Sport & Citizenship EU Think Tank. He has been invited to speak at several international conferences and has published books in the domain of sport humanities. He is also a member of the Slovenian Coaching Association, World Business & Executive Coach Summit, and the International Breathwork Foundation. Finally, Dr. Hosta offers support to high-performing individuals, elite athletes, companies, and clients with various growth or transformational challenges or health issues. He is also a professional member of the Galileo Commission.
