Within the framework of the International Scientific Conference EM-HERI 2025, held on 12 and 13 June 2025 in Slovenia and organized by Euro-Mediterranean University , the Erasmus+ project MORHEL was presented to approximately 140 participants. Around 90 participants attended in person in Slovenia, while 50 joined online. Participants came from 51 institutions across 19 countries.
Project MORHEL was showcased during the dissemination panel on 13 June. It was also presented in the conference session on 12 June 2025 with the contribution titled ‘Leadership Development Programmes in Higher Education: Case Studies from Morocco and the Western Balkans’.
Participants expressed strong interest in the project results, especially the creation of the National Leadership Development Centre and the certified leadership programme for Moroccan HE leaders. They also appreciated the open educational resources available on the e-platform elearningproject.eu, , which allow users to access a wide range of non-formal courses free of charge and earn a digital open badge. After the conference, the proceedings will also be published, further enhancing the project’s visibility.
