Since its inauguration on 9 June 2008, EMUNI University has been a pioneering force in fostering intercultural dialogue, academic excellence, and regional cooperation across the Euro-Mediterranean area. Over the past 17 years, EMUNI has evolved from its foundational mission—signed in Portorož-Piran, Slovenia—into a thriving hub for diverse cultures, languages, and ideas. Its unique location at the crossroads of Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East has allowed EMUNI to become a true bridge between continents, nurturing cooperation in education, science, and sustainable development.
