Between 24 March and 2 April 2026, EMUNI University hosted two study visits within the framework of the Erasmus+ projects MED.HELA (Project No.: 101236505) and LEADHEGA (Project No.: 101237161).
During the visits, participants explored a diverse range of projects and initiatives focused on leadership development in higher education. Several leadership-focused projects in which EMUNI is actively involved were presented as examples of good practice, including LEADHEGA (Georgia and Azerbaijan), MED.HELA (Algeria and Tunisia), and MORHEL (Morocco).
Attention was also given to the LEADALKO project, which promotes leadership development in the Western Balkans (Albania and Kosovo) and involves institutions that are members of EMUNI.
The presentations enriched the exchange of knowledge among participants and highlighted the importance of continuous capacity building and cross-regional collaboration in shaping effective leadership in higher education.
