EMUNI has successfully launched activities for the newly awarded EUNICoast project, titled The European University of Islands, Ports, and Coastal Territories, which officially started on November 1, 2024. The project’s launch was marked by a Blended Intensive Programme held from November 11 to November 15, 2024, combining in-person sessions at the University of the Balearic Islands in Palma with virtual participation via the Zoom platform. This initial activity, titled “European Universities – From Idea to Long-Lasting Impact: The EUNICoast Case,” introduced the First EUNICoast Summit, focused on introducing the project framework and facilitating the formation of key working groups to format collaborative objectives.
