In a significant step towards strengthening academic partnerships, EMUNI University, represented by Prof. Dr. Rado Bohinc, and the University of Nova Gorica, represented by Prof. Dr. Boštjan Golob, have signed a landmark Agreement on Strategic Alliance and Cooperation.
This collaboration aims to develop dual and joint study programs for South Mediterranean students, launch educational modules in key areas such as civil protection, energy, and migration, and offer advanced courses in fields like cybersecurity, AI, and sustainable development. Additionally, the two universities will collaborate on international research projects and academic staff exchanges.
The agreement is set for five years, with the potential for renewal, and both universities will work together to share resources and initiate joint academic activities. This partnership marks a significant step towards promoting innovation, research, and global academic exchange, fostering stronger connections between the Mediterranean region and beyond.
