EMUNI University proudly organized its very first EMUNI Football Tournament, bringing together students from different study programmes and international backgrounds for a day filled with sports, teamwork, and fun.
The tournament welcomed around 25 students, including Erasmus students, who joined forces and enjoyed friendly competition on the field. Students from the IBC, KHP, and DHR study programmes participated, creating an inclusive and energetic atmosphere that reflected the strong community spirit at EMUNI.
Two teams competed in exciting matches filled with enthusiasm, laughter, and great sportsmanship. The atmosphere throughout the games was amazing and fun, with students supporting one another and building new friendships beyond the classroom.
As the first football tournament organized by EMUNI University, the event marked the beginning of what we hope will become a lasting university tradition. Due to the positive response and student engagement, EMUNI plans to continue organizing sports and community events in the future, including another football tournament next year.
The winning team received tickets to watch an FC Koper game, generously offered through the collaboration with Ways Creative Company and @fckoper. This special reward made the experience even more memorable for the participants.
