EKIC Entrepreneurship Sprint Successfully Held at Heliopolis University in Egypt

Today, the EMUNI EKIC Entrepreneurship Sprint was successfully held at Heliopolis University in Egypt, bringing together students for an engaging day of entrepreneurial learning, innovation, and collaboration.

The event introduced participants to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship through interactive workshops, team activities, and mentoring sessions designed to encourage creativity and problem-solving. Students worked together to identify real-world challenges, develop innovative ideas, and explore practical business solutions.

The participants were welcomed by the President of EMUNI University, Prof. Dr. Rado Bohinc, and Ahmed Al Shazly, Director of Sponsored Programs & International Relations at Heliopolis University, highlighting the importance of international academic cooperation and partnership.

The Sprint was attended by EMUNI University’s Head of Network and International Relations, Dr. Prof. Jaka Vadnjal, who participated in the activities and supported the initiative aimed at empowering young entrepreneurs and strengthening international academic collaboration.

He was accompanied by Emna Jbara, PR and Outreach Manager at EMUNI University, and Moataz Elissawy, Assistant to the Head of Network, both of whom contributed to the successful organization and coordination of the event.

The program also included sessions on business model development and pitch preparation, encouraging students to further develop their entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking. Two students who are also alumni of the EMUNI Summer School HALS shared their testimonials and supported participants by answering their questions and sharing their experiences.

The event reflects the continued cooperation between EMUNI University and Heliopolis University in promoting entrepreneurship education, student engagement, and international partnership opportunities.
