EMUNI University participated in the international conference organised under the Erasmus+ QA-SURE project (Improving University Quality Assurance Resilient Strategies Toward Excellence), held on 27 October 2025 in Tirana, Albania. The QA-SURE project aims to strengthen quality assurance and governance in higher education institutions in Albania and Kosovo through capacity building, innovation, and international collaboration.
During the event, EMUNI presented three Erasmus+ leadership projects in which it is a partner:
MORHEL (Morocco): Enhancing leadership capacity to support institutional development and innovation.
LEADHEGA (Georgia & Azerbaijan): Advancing academic leadership to improve governance and teaching quality.
MED.HELA (Algeria & Tunisia): Fostering leadership competencies that drive curriculum reform and pedagogical progress.
Speakers emphasized that quality assurance and leadership are interconnected, as strong leadership helps institutions adopt sustainable strategies, ensure academic excellence, and respond effectively to emerging challenges.
