Portorož hosts key conference on corporate law developments

Portorož will become a focal point for corporate law discourse this June as experts gather for the conference “Izzivi korporacijskega prava 2026”. The event aims to provide a systematic overview of recent legislative changes and emerging challenges shaping Slovenian corporate law, particularly in light of ongoing European regulatory developments.  

The conference will feature a distinguished lineup of speakers from leading Slovenian institutions, including EMUNI University, the University of Ljubljana, the University of Maribor, and the University of Primorska alongside representatives from regulatory bodies and professional organisations.
