My journey from Pakistan to Slovenia has not been easy, but it has been worth every challenge. Today, I am pursuing my master’s degree in kinesiology in Slovenia—something I once only dreamed about. Seeing that dream come true feels incredibly rewarding.
Living here has given me the chance to meet new people and experience a different culture, which has been truly enriching. Of course, there are moments when I miss my home—my culture, my food, and my people—but Slovenia is now my second home. This journey has helped me grow and develop a strong sense of independence.
One country holds my memories, my family, and my roots, while the other holds my dreams, goals, and future. I am grateful for this opportunity, and much of the credit goes to EMUNI University. The teachers here are highly professional, supportive, and cooperative, making the learning experience even more meaningful.
I still have many goals to achieve, and I strongly believe that big dreams are never easy to accomplish. However, the people around you can make the journey easier and more enjoyable. My experience so far has been wonderful, and I am learning something new every day.
I am confident that, in the years to come, I will achieve what I have set out to do.
