MSc. Lina Kaldana is a Financial Manager and Secretary General at EMUNI. She graduated with a Bachelor of Economics in Entrepreneurship from GEA College of Entrepreneurship and earned a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Primorska. She has over 20 years of professional experience across academia, operations, and consulting. Her career began with roles in operational management and process improvement, eventually leading her to the position of Director of Operations at Actual I.T., DBA Group, where she optimized service delivery and enhanced organizational efficiency. She founded Normiranec.info, a consultancy offering strategic business growth advice. In academia, Lina has taught entrepreneurship and management at the University of Primorska and Biotehniški center Naklo. She also teached at from December 2020 to March 2022 at University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport and still teaches at Biotehniški center Naklo. Since December 2023, she has served as Financial Manager at EMUNI University and, as of April 2024, has taken on the role of Secretary General at the same institution. She is fluent in English, Italian, and Croatian and has a strong commitment to continuous improvement, research, and education in entrepreneurship and management.
