She brings more than twenty years of professional experience spanning academia, operational management, and business consulting. Her early career focused on operational management and process optimization, which led to her appointment as Director of Operations at Actual I.T., DBA Group, where she was responsible for improving service delivery processes and strengthening organizational efficiency.

In addition to her managerial career, she established Normiranec.info, a consultancy dedicated to supporting strategic business development and organizational growth.

Alongside her professional work, she has been actively engaged in higher and vocational education. She has taught entrepreneurship and management at the University of Primorska and at Biotehniški center Naklo. She also served teaching assistant at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport, from December 2020 to March 2022, and continues her teaching activities at Biotehniški center Naklo.

Since December 2023, she has held the position of Financial Manager at EMUNI University and, as of April 2024, also serves as Secretary General of the institution. In these roles, she contributes to the strategic, financial, and administrative development of the university.

She is fluent in English, Italian, and Croatian and maintains a strong commitment to continuous professional development, research, and education in the fields of entrepreneurship and management.
