Farewell to Moroccan Exchange Students

EMUNI University has officially bid farewell to 20 exchange students from the Euro-Mediterranean University of Fes (UEMF), Morocco, marking the conclusion of a successful mobility program that strengthened academic and cultural ties across the Mediterranean.

The group—comprising 8 medical and 12 business students—spent several months at EMUNI gaining valuable international experience. During a closing moment, the President of EMUNI University personally addressed the students, thanking them for their engagement and wishing them success in their future careers.

The medical students completed clinical internships at Izola General Hospital, where they gained hands-on experience in patient care while collaborating with Slovenian healthcare professionals. At the same time, business students followed courses led by international faculty, covering topics such as strategy, marketing, supply chain management, and personal development.

Throughout their stay, the students actively contributed to academic life and intercultural exchange, reflecting the shared commitment of EMUNI and UEMF to excellence and cooperation.

As they return to Morocco, the students take with them not only academic knowledge, but also lasting connections and international perspectives built during their time in Slovenia.
