The President of EMUNI Prof. Dr. Rado Bohinc attended the formal inauguration of Prof. Dr. Boštjan Golob as Rector of the University of Nova Gorica on 18 February 2026 at the Lanthieri Mansion. The ceremony marked the beginning of his second mandate (2026–2030).
In his address, Prof. Dr. Golob emphasised the responsibility of university leadership and the importance of cooperation, development, and academic excellence. The event gathered prominent representatives of Slovenian universities, research institutions, and public authorities.
The participation of EMUNI’s President highlights the University’s continued commitment to strengthening academic partnerships and regional cooperation in higher education and research.
