The 1st Erasmus+ International Week from 5 to 9 June 2023, took place at the Euro-Mediterranean University (EMUNI) – and it was a hit!
Organised by the EMUNI Erasmus team, there was a combination of activities on the menu, including: a presentation of EMUNI University and its partner institutions, a short course in the Slovene language and its culture, a treasure hunt in Piran, workshops on the EU and Erasmus+ projects, a special workshop dedicated to ´united in diversity,´ as well as ´Piran through my smartphone lenses,´ a joint activity with the EMUNI Summer School.
The 40 participants in total focused on key Erasmus priorities, including digitalisation, green Erasmus, inclusivity, internationalisation – and of course, having fun (mostly with the spaghetti challenge below!). EMUNI IBC students and interns also presented their experiences as a means to disseminate Erasmus+ key priorities.
The Erasmus+ International Week group was also joined by participants on a study visit from the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project ´The MEDiterranean countries: Towards Internationalisation at Home (MED2IaH),´ coordinated by EMUNI (below).
Later some of the participants in Erasmus+ International Week joined the EMUNI 15th Anniversary Celebration, which kicked off the University´s Annual Conference.
