Nada Trunk Širca has a PhD in Social Science from the Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. Currently. she is working as a researcher, teacher and advisor to the management at the University of Primorska, ISSBS and EMUNI, Slovenia. Her expertise covers Higher Education management, research and methodology, quality in tertiary education, the recognition of knowledge, lifelong learning, and EU policies in education. She teaches courses in the area of educational management, higher education and research methodology. Dr. Trunk Širca has international experience in managing projects, leading conferences and editing journals.
