Prof. dr. Roberto Biloslavo, is a vice-president of EMUNI University and a full professor of management. Before joining EMUNI university he holds different management positions at the University of Primorska. Prof. Dr. Biloslavo was a vice-rector (deputy Vice- Chancellor) for Academic Affairs at the University of Primorska in the period 2008-2011. He had also been appointed twice as a vice-dean for education in undergraduate studies from September 2006 to December 2007 and from January 2020 to December 2021 at the Faculty of Management. He undertook other administrative positions at Faculty level as vice-dean for research, chair of management department and director of the Summer School. As a visiting professor, he lectured at Hawai`i Pacific University, College of Business Administration (USA) and at the University of Hawai`i at Manoa, Shidler College of Business (USA) from July to August 2007, and in the period from February to May 2022 at La Sapienza University in Rome (Italy). In 2003 he was for six months a visiting researcher at the University of Adelaide, Business School (Australia). From June 2013 to May 2014, he was involved in the Marie Curie EU Research Programme as a Senior Researcher for Business Model Innovation in Living Labs. The project was run in Denmark. Within the Erasmus exchange programme, he lectured at the Universita degli studi di Ferrara, Facolta di Economia (Italy) and few times at the Yasar University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (Turkey). Dr. Biloslavo has also given lectures at a number of domestic higher education institutions. Beside lecturing he is involved in various national and international research projects; he is a member of the Slovene network for Corporate Responsibility and he leads strategic workshops with national and international profit and public companies. He publishes extensively in international and national journals on various topics related to strategic management, leadership, wisdom, and sustainability.
